ICS Annual Convention – Travel, Parking, Schedule, Etc…
Travel and Parking:
If you are driving to Convention Friday and/or Saturday morning, give yourself extra travel time; 30-45 minutes is suggested. If you are not planning on using the valet parking at the hotel (or just in case it is full when you arrive) plan on a little additional time for parking as well. Valet parking at the Marriott is available for $15.00 per day. Self parking is available for approximately $13.00 per day (depending on where you park).

Registration:
Walk in registrations are welcome! We will be accepting online and faxed registrations through 10:00am Wednesday, March 10th.
After 8am on Thursday, please register on site.
Registration is open at 7:00am and class starts at 8:00am on Friday, March 12 and Saturday, March 13. Sunday, March 14, registration opens at 8:00am and class starts at 8:30am.

Cancellation Policy
A refund, minus a 12% processing fee, will be provided if written cancellation is received on or
before close of business Friday, February 26, 2010.
No refunds will be issued after that date. ICS
reserves the right to cancel the program due to insuffi cient enrollment, acts of God, or other
circumstances
beyond our control.
