ICS Documentation Guide Now Available The Iowa Chiropractic Society’s Claims Review Service/Utilization Cost Control and Review Committee (ICS CRS/UCCR), has worked diligently this past year to put together the ICS Clinical Documentation Guide© available exclusively to members of the Iowa Chiropractic Society for only $65.00.This 684 page Guide includes several articles on documentation that you will not find compiled anywhere else. It brings together information on documentation required for Medicare and daily note taking, including examples of actual documentation from chiropractic, physical therapy and rehabilitation, neurologist, dental, orthopaedic, and hospital settings.
