WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO CONSIDER A CONTRIBUTION?
Your ICSPAC contributes to political
candidates who are willing to listen to and understand the complex
issues facing chiropractic physicians and their patients. Working
through ICSPAC, we have the opportunity to contribute to the
legislators who support us when the votes are counted; to make a
visible and significant impact on Iowa legislative issues.
WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED LEVEL OF GIVING?
Although every doctor’s financial circumstances are different, most
doctors have recognized the need to build a strong PAC to fight for
chiropractic and have, therefore, chosen one of the giving amounts
at the Champion of Chiropractic Level.
WHAT ARE THESE VARIOUS GIVING LEVELS?
The giving levels are an easy and painless method to give a little
at a time. The annual pledge amounts reflect an amount that is less
than the amount you would bill for your first office visit of the
week. It may be automatically withdrawn from your checking account
every month, or your credit card every quarter. You don’t have to
think about it again and the amount withdrawn is relatively small so
you don’t even miss it!
The Champion of Chiropractic Level consists of those who
realize the necessity of a powerful PAC and who annually pledge
$500, $1000, or $1500 per year. Recognition includes a gift, a
plaque, an invitation to the ICSPAC reception held at the ICS Annual
Convention, and publication of their name in ICS Review.
CAN I GIVE OTHER AMOUNTS?
Certainly! A donation in any amount can make a difference. Other
giving levels include...
The Defender of Chiropractic Level, which consists of those
who pledge $250. Recognition includes a plaque, an invitation to the
PAC reception held at the ICS Annual Convention, and publication of
their name in ICS Review.
The Supporter of Chiropractic Level, which consists of those
who pledge $100. Recognition includes a plaque and publication of
their name in ICS Review.
