 ICS PART-TIME PRACTITIONER

Qualifications:                                                                                                       The Iowa Chiropractic Society Part-Time Practitioner Membership is exclusively for:  

1.  Senior chiropractic physicians (55+)                                                                   2.  Who have reduced their practice due to health reasons or semi- retirement  3.  Who work an average of 20 hours or less per week, AND                              4. have done so for at least 6 months.   

Cost:                                                                                                                      Cost of membership is 50% of ICS Regular Membership Dues while providing all the benefits of Regular Membership including the right to vote.   

Application:                                                                                                        Those applying for ICS membership for the first time must submit an application/attestation (click here for attestation form) for Part-Time Practitioner Membership along with the standard ICS Membership Application.  (Click here for Membership Application)  Current ICS Members need only submit the attestation form. The ICS Membership Committee will review the application and you will be contacted within 30 days.
