Day one of this year’s program:

Active leadership and team building experiences. Emerging leaders will get to know each other, participate in an escape chamber, followed by a surprise interactive activity. The day concludes with professional development and dinner.

Day two offers an in-depth program:

Speaker/Facilitator: Heather Marquez, ActionCOACH

When your brain (Above) sends your thoughts to your mouth (Below) with a message, there is a goal to influence, share information or just connect. Often as the message comes from you (Inside) to them (Outside), it gets lost in translation. The result? Conflict. Confusion. Resistance. That is because we all have an innate personality style that determines how we share and receive communication.

Wouldn’t it be easier if we could adapt our message so that the person we are communicating with receives it the way it was intended?

During this weekend, you will learn to communicate from the inside out:

1. How to recognize the pattern of human behavior. (Above)

2. How to apply the pattern to your personal perspective. (Down)

3. Use the pattern to understand other people. (Inside)

4. Employ the pattern for greater success in practical applications. (Out)

As a leader in your practice and your community, you owe it to your team and your patients to learn the skills that will help you communicate in a way that supports their success.
