Palmetto Medicare (Railroad) Denials

If you receive a denial on a Palmetto Medicare (Railroad) claim, be sure to contact them and inquire as to the reason for the denial. An ICS member received a denial and upon inquiry learned it was an error on the part of Palmetto and was able to get it corrected. For more information and contact numbers, go to
